One question reshaped how we led:
“How do we know?”
Not:
• How do we feel?
• Who’s to blame?
• What’s trending?
But:
• How do we know this supports our mission?
• How do we know this training changed practice?
• How do we know this budget reflects our vision?
Clarity forces alignment.
Alignment builds belief.
Belief fuels momentum.
